But throwing will always be among the best at killing multiple medium to soft targets, which make up a lot of the most difficult fights. Other builds will out scale throwing in terms of single target damage. And being AoE, it makes throwing builds a breeze in the early game. But the small investment in psi will help greatly against the 2-3 late game enemy types that are rarely encountered but otherwise fairly difficult to fight with throwing weapons.Ĭrafted grenades are among the highest damaging attacks in the game through the first two acts. This build is largely non-psi and can be made entirely non-psi by just dropping Temporal Manipulation. Nimble gives you -15% armor penalty and added dodge/evasion, so our gear will be at most of 15% armor penalty for maximum action points and dodge/evasion.Įdit: I just noticed you prefer non-psi. Very mobile, with a lot of movement and action points. This is mainly a bleeding build with good critical chances. Tailoring: 92(115) (+2INT from junkyard surprise) (+15% from house) = 150 Mechanics: 92(115) (+2INT from junkyard surprise) (+15% from house) = 150Įlectronics: 92(115) (+2INT from junkyard surprise) (+15% from house) = 150Ĭhemistry: 84(109) (+2INT from junkyard surprise) (+15% from house) = 141 - You can cut back on this one.īiology: 41 (63) (+2INT from junkyard surprise) (+15% from house) = 80 Lockpicking: 46(101) (+2DEX from junkyard surprise) (+7 from jackknife) (+15 from HUXKEY) = 131 One tip : the walking by drawing lines that turn green to red? why not realtime walk like fallout classic, and when danger is nearby switch to turnbased, with an option to end combat when the danger is out of reach, just like good old fallout has, that combat system was great.Hacking: 75(103) (+2INT from junkyard surprise) (+15 from HUXKEY) = 130 So i guess it be gathering virtaulk dust on my pc. If i was a dev i would know that eventhough not many, there are people who have som disabilities, how small ever, every man is a potential buyer of a game, so if i was a dev i would have options to turn of all particles, wearthers, ambient lighting that glows like a broken tl bulb and more, cause this way every one can buy the game, colorblindness seems to be common so these are usally incorporated, so why not option to turn all that extra off? i dont need big explosions, lightnings, flickering glowing lights like in the tutorail part in that greenlit hall :DĪnyway i guess this wont be fixed so i wont be able to play the game, not gonna risk risk of a small seizure because of a game. I hope i will get one but i wont hold my breath on it, Lords of xulima a wodnerful game had lightnings, so i asked abou that, apparently people asked about weather options so i got lucky, the lightnings were able to be disabled lateron in patches using a file. More staff will see more bugs, one man alone will have all these things to do by himself so this might take more time.Īnyways i cant really see if its bug ridden cause i am stuck on a level, and theres lots of ambient light, since i have photosensitive eyes tehse animations 'disturb' me, i already informed about more options to turn all these things off, but got no reply. I read this game started out as a single man projects so you have to take that in mind. So it is possible to create games with very little bugs, then again, these were from big companies with lots of staff. i havent discovered any ones in the fallout classic 1 and 2 when i bought these at release back then, retail cd, i finished it without patching cause back then internet wasnt as common as now (yes those good old days). Regarding bugs: any game will have some, but. Fast run if present in a game was usally initiated in the settings/options menus (like in fallout classics) to set it a run always, or hold shift key which is/was the most logical and common key, i been playing games since my 12 and now 40 years later i still am, so i played lots and lots of all kinds of games, i am 51 now and older then most of the devs that are recently creating games (30 plus) so i have been around.
